Atocha Renfe Train Station

The built history of Atocha Train Station was long and complex, several plans were made until the definite plan by Alberto De Palacio, in collaboration with the engineer Saint-Janes in 1885. More than three decades have been passed since the inauguration of the first installation of the route between Madrid and Aranjuez by the Queen
Isabel II, on the far 9th February 1851.
